Women gain strength from supporting each other and transforming with each other. This group coaching is designed to help women gain the strength, mindset, and skills to change crucial aspects of their personal lives and careers for the better.

In every coaching session, we will discuss and transform 1-2 situations/topics suggested by participants. Over the course of the 6 coaching sessions, every delegate will learn crucial change leadership skills required to create desired future states irrespective of the current situation.

The objective of this group coaching is to:

  • empower women to make the changes in their lives and careers that matter to them.
  • transform unhelpful patterns into helpful patterns.
  • spark true breakthrough moments and unleash authentic power.

Designed for: This group coaching is designed for women who would like to discuss and find new solutions for situations they'd like to change in their lives and careers.

Only 5 women per cohort. Live Sessions will be recorded and made available in the portal in case a session has to be missed. Two out of 6 sessions can be postponed if the entire group agrees and commits to a make-up date.
