This course empowers women leaders to foster their authentic leadership style and voice in the workplace. Through mini-lectures, reflection exercises, asynchronous discussions, and weekly live video group coaching sessions, we are going to set you up for winning leadership strategies that will make you shine in your own, unique ways. 

The objective of this course is to:

  •  empower women leaders to foster their authentic leadership style and voice.
  • explore 6 different leadership styles.
  • understand the pros and cons of each style.
  • discover personal preferences and growth opportunities.
  • - understand the implications of gender-based perceptions regarding each style.

After gaining clarity on the purpose of leadership, we will explore 6 different leadership styles and discover psychological and business-related hurdles as well as benefits. The program ends with our Project U, in which you can develop your unique style, voice, and standing as a woman leader. 

Designed for: This program is designed for woman leaders on all levels that want to make a difference through their leadership by learning with and from other women leaders.  

Only 10 women leaders per cohort.  Live Sessions will be recorded and made available in the portal in case a session has to be missed.

    Erika is the Executive Director LC GLOBAL®, a change and innovation consulting firm with presences in New York City and Munich, Germany. As an international business leader with 15+ years of experience, she has consulted with multinationals in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. She has coached national and international business leaders, including Fortune 100 leaders. Her academic background is in Human and Organizational Behavior, Development and Systems. Her research focuses on the cognition, mindset, and identity in successful companies. Erika teaches Organizational Behavior and Theory, Change Leadership as well as Innovation Management at the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business and in the No 1 MBA Program of the European Business School.
